NYC Debuts and More!

Good afternoon all!

It has been awhile since I updated my news and a lot has happened since my most recent touring job. So here goes nothing!

I finished tour at the end of May and it really was a phenomenal experience. I learned so much from the people I was with and am so happy I was able to travel all over the country and share my love of dance with the small towns we got to visit.

Quickly after tour ended, I picked up my life and booked a one-way ticket to New York City! It has always been a dream of mine to live in this incredible city and I am so grateful that that dream has become a reality.

Shortly after moving, I was able to dive right into some new projects with some amazing people (and telling you about them is the biggest reason for this update :D)!

The first was a dance concert to support this incredible new musical entitled Riley Walford, a show I am now part of as a member of the ensemble. It is an incredible show that deals with overcoming disability both physical and mental while trying to make it in the entertainment industry and I am very excited to be part of the show as it continues the development process! Check out their website and keep your eyes out for some exciting events coming with this show in the fall: https://www.rileywalfordmusical.com/

The second project is a parody musical entitled The Sound of Recovery Music, in which I play the roles of Rolf, Frederich, and Sister Sledge! Phew! It is a hysterical musical with a sharp twist that performs the next two weekends at the York Theatre on Theatre Row! For show times, tickets, and more details, you can follow the link below.

The third and final project I joined shortly after moving here is an incredible musical comedy entitled The Imbible: Day Drinking. This show marks my Off-Broadway debut and I could not be more excited to be part of this amazing group of people. Performances are ongoing, every Saturday(2 pm) this summer and every Saturday (2 pm) and Sunday (3 pm) starting in September. For more information, check out their website at https://imbible.nyc/. Come drink with us! It’s a great time, I promise.

It really has been an amazing month and a half in New York and I am so looking forward to more exciting projects and experiences to come! Stay tuned for more fun updates later this summer!

Have a great day and stay cool!
